Screaming Frog

You can use Screaming frog tool to analysis the website statics like internal links, external links, response codes, URLs, duplicate, multiple Page titles and Meta descriptions, keywords, H1, H2 tag, Image tag, canonical and other details of the webpages. With the help of this tool, you can easily find the issues of your website, track 500 pages in the free version of the software.

Woorank:

For website review, I do use Woorank to check the statics of the website, this tool gives optimization suggestions for SEO, structure data, mobile, usability, crawl errors, backlinks, social and local report. You can download your report in the form of PDF, this is the paid tool, and you can use 14 days free trails for the initial stage.

PageSpeed Insights:

As per user and Google page speed is the most important factor for search ranking and conversion, so to check the page speed of the website, I do prefer Google page speed insights. This is a Google-free tool to use. This tool offers current statics and suggestion to improve webpage speed.

Google Mobile Friendly:

Every website must be responsive and should be browser and resolution friendly. In the era of technology the Google and user prefer a responsive and mobile friendly website, so Google mobile friendly testing tool will help you to check the website matrices. This is the free tool of Google that suggests the statics and best possible suggestions to fix website issues if any.

Semrush:

Semrush is a free as well as a paid tool; you can use this tool to audit your website and your competitor websites.
